Amandeep has extensive court experience as a criminal lawyer in Vancouver, in particular on legal teams with Michael Bolton defending complex criminal cases.
Beyond her talents as a young lawyer, Amandeep can be relied on for her strong communication skills and keeping in close contact with clients. One of her strong suits is successfully advocating for clients through negotiations.
She is interested in all areas of criminal law, in particular impaired driving Immediate Roadside Prohibitions (IRPs) and IRP law. Amandeep has conducted administrative hearings, including reviews of IRPs under the Motor Vehicle Act and conducted negotiations in civil forfeiture matters.
Amandeep joined Bolton Law as an articled student in 2016, was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018 and is practicing as an associate criminal lawyer. She has assisted in managing various trial briefs and appeals before the BC Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Amandeep was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018.
Prior to law school, Amandeep completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia in Political Science and Economics. She completed her Bachelor of Laws (Senior Status) at the University of Leicester in the UK, and returned to Vancouver to complete her Master of Laws (Common Law) at Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC.
Amandeep was an active member of the law school community, as a clinician at the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP), as Assistant Editor of the UBC Law Review and as a member of UBC Allard Law Women’s Caucus.
She has volunteered with Access Pro Bono as an intake volunteer and clinic assistant, as well as with the BC Civil Liberties Association as a media monitoring intern.
Amandeep also speaks Punjabi and has working understanding of Hindi.
